Cuming & Gillespie New Publication

Craig Gillespie recently published an article in the Alberta Trial Lawyer Magazine “The Barrister”. Craig’s article provided a detailed analysis of the current state of law in assessing wrongful death claims. Wrongful death claims are complicated when both husband and wife work and share in common expenses. The article entitled Sole, Modified and Cross Dependency in Fatal Accident claims provides a detailed analysis on how to properly assess wrongful death claims. Cuming and Gillespie continue to look for new and innovative ways to help those left behind recover from the emotional and financial hardship that comes from death of a loved one.
