Cuming & Gillespie are happy to announce the resolution of a matter at the Automobile Insurance Policy limits for a client who was rendered an incomplete quadriplegic as a result of a motor vehicle collision in southern Alberta. This collision occurred on April 4, 2014 and Cuming & Gillespie were able to resolve the claim in less than 14 months. The matter involved significant contributory negligence issues, seatbelt concerns and other complex matters, however despite these issues, the claim was resolved in its entirety in that 14 month period. We wish our client and his family the best in the future.
