Cuming & Gillespie Resolve Fractured Neck Claim

Cuming & Gillespie is pleased to announce the confidential resolution of a claim for a local man who suffered a neck fracture in a violent collision. The Defendant driver was under the influence of alcohol, and at the time had made a left hand turn into the vehicle in which our client was a passenger. Our client who was 20 years of age at the time of the collision, and suffered a fractured neck as well as other serious injuries. The significant settlement is subject to a confidentiality agreement, however our client is able to move forward into a new chapter of his life as a result of the settlement.
