Recognition as One of Canada’s Leading Personal Injury Law Firms Through Peer Review
Earlier this year, Canadian Lawyer invited members of the legal community nationwide to vote on the top personal injury law firms. Participants ranked firms from a selected shortlist and could also nominate additional firms they believed deserved recognition.
To be eligible, firms were required to derive most of their work from personal injury matters. Rankings were determined using a points-based system, with greater weight assigned to higher placements in each vote. The results were then categorized by region, identifying the Top 10 firms in Ontario and the Top 5 firms in both Western and Atlantic Canada.
These rankings were further informed by data from the Lexpert peer review survey, where applicable, along with feedback from experienced legal professionals and consideration of regional representation.
