Current Opportunity: Junior Litigation Associate

We are currently seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is finishing their articles or starting early in their litigation career. This individual is ready to make a life-changing career move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with clients, gaining hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation.
  • Work with senior lawyers in preparing cases for mediation and trial.
  • Learning to conduct and defend questionings.
  • Attending court in contested court matters.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for fair resolutions.
  • Take on increasing responsibility, leading to independent file management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong academic background and litigation experience (ideally at a Tier 1 firm).
  • A passion for advocacy and client service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

What Does the Work Look Like?

Our firm focuses on a variety of commercial contingency work, such as medical malpractice litigation, class action lawsuits, and personal injury law. Our lawyers represent individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries, amputations, etcetera.

We also handle complex medical malpractice cases, advocating for individuals harmed by surgical errors, misdiagnoses, or other forms of medical negligence. Our work also covers class action matters, involving food poisoning outbreaks, investment loss, and data breaches. We engage with every stage of litigation, from early case assessment to trial advocacy. Whether negotiating fair settlements or preparing for trial, our team is committed to achieving the best possible results.
